Panopto - Copy Previous Recordings to a New Canvas Course

Panopto recordings will be deleted 13 months after the last viewing. Teachers are advised to download their videos for long-term storage.
Please follow one of the below instructions to copy Panopto recordings to your new Canvas course for reuse.
![1. In the NEW course, click 'Panopto Recordings' from the course navigation to activate the feature. | 2. In the OLD course, click 'Panopto Recordings' from the course navigation. | 3. Click the [Settings] button on a video item. | 4. Click 'Manage' on the left menu of the pop-up. | 5. Click 'Copy video' on the next menu. | 6. Select the NEW course under 'Copy video to'. | 7. Under 'Course Video Copy', select both options 'Include Zoom Videos' and 'Include Scheduled Recordings'. | 5. Click 'Choose source folder'. | 6. Select the OLD course folder on 'Previous course folder'. | 7. Click 'Begin folder copy'. | 8. Click the [OK] button on the embedded page confirmation popup. | Please wait until the processing sentence 'A course copy job for this folder is currently in process' gone.
