CityU has subscribed to public cloud computing services, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Public IT services can be run in the form of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) in which a virtual machine will be created and maintained.
Support & Contact
Interested departments having public IT services may submit an online CSC Work Request specifying the operating system being created and conforming to available sizing choices. Network and security policies will be arranged based on service types. Performance monitoring and review will be conducted to inform adjustment of computing resources.
