CityUHK Scholars is an integrated research intelligence system, which aggregates CityUHK's research information from numerous internal and external sources. It ensures the data that drives our strategic decisions is trusted, comprehensive and accessible in a central repository, providing a single source of truth on a timely basis. CityUHK Scholars is also bundled with a searchable web portal that showcases our excellent researchers to the public with their research output, patents, projects, research activities, prize/honours, student theses, datasets, and impacts. Moreover, it is highly integrated with the various external systems, including Elsevier’s Scopus®, Altmetric, handle.net and more, to form the most comprehensive research portal yet.
All CityUHK staff and research students can login to CityUHK Scholars to manage their research portfolio.

Eligibility
- Backend system:
- User accounts and personal profile will be created automatically for:
- All Research Staff (UGC Staff Grade A-N) *
- All Research Students & Professional Doctorate Students
* By default, only the personal profiles of staff with UGC Staff Grade A-I will be shown to public.
- Administrative staff can apply for a CityUHK Scholars account for data maintenance and data query upon their department head approval.
- User accounts and personal profile will be created automatically for:

- The CityUHK Scholars Portal is available to the public.
