Grammarly cannot be loaded in Microsoft Office (Windows) / Word (Mac).
Please check if your issue is included in the Grammarly Resolve Issues.
If the problem is still not fixed after trying the suggestions, please follow the steps.
- Click Contact us on the Grammarly website
(make sure you log in with your CityU EID email address)
- Click on Resolve a technical issue, then Grammarly for Microsoft Office, and select either "Windows" or "Mac"
- Check if a similar issue is listed; otherwise, click
- "I experience another issue with Grammarly for Microsoft Office", or
- "I experience another issue with Grammarly for Microsoft Word"
to submit a request
- Input the details about the problem with screenshots (if possible), click the Submit button
