Grammarly cannot be loaded in Microsoft Office (Windows) / Word (Mac).

Please check if your issue is included in the Grammarly Resolve Issues.

• Grammarly for Microsoft Office (Windows only)
• Grammarly for Microsoft Word on Mac

If the problem is still not fixed after trying the suggestions, please follow the steps.

1. Click Contact us on the Grammarly website
   (make sure you log in with your CityUHK EID email address)
2. Click on Resolve a technical issue, then select either "Windows" or "Mac", and select I experience an issue in Microsoft Office
3. Check on a similar issue
4. If the answer cannot help you,
   
   
   1. Under "Submit a ticket" on the right panel, input the details about the problem with screenshots (if possible)
   2. Click the Submit button
