Regular PE Courses

 

Physical Education courses are offered regularly during Semester A, B and Summer Term.  They are catered for both beginners and improvers. Courses normally last for eight hours ranging from week 2 to week 9. In the event that the courses are to be cancelled, students will be informed via CAP messages / i-Assessment / e-mail in due course.

 

Courses Offered (Semester A 2024-2025)

 

Course Period: 10 September 2024 to 15 November 2024


Courses:

  • Health and Fitness:  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Fitball, Physical Fitness, Pilates Mat, Refreshing Yoga, Tabata
  • Individual Sports:  Archery, Canoeing, Golf, Snorkel Diving, Swimming, Woodball
  • Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan (24 Forms), Tai Chi Sword (32 Forms)
  • Team Sports: Basketball, Floorball, Futsal, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball
  • Racket Sports: Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis
