Vivian Chan, Technical Director
Vivian is a Qualified Environmental Professional, an EIA Expert, and an Accredited Monitoring Professional with over 25 years of experience in environmental management and consultancy. She leads the Environmental Team in our Hong Kong office. She has provided expert environmental consultancy services to both local and multinational clients for their planned projects, existing operations, and potential acquisitions across China (including Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hainan, Shenzhen, and more) and throughout Asia. She specializes in environmental impact assessment, sustainable development, infrastructure development, land contamination and remediation management, and environmental monitoring and audit.
Atlas Fung, Associate Director
Atlas is an all-round carbon, sustainability, and infrastructure advisory consultant with more than 15 years' experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects in the UK, Middle East, Hong Kong, SE Asia, and India. He leads the ESG, carbon, and sustainability-related advisory consultancy services, which cover GHG footprinting to Net Zero Target Setting, Whole Life-Cycle Carbon Assessment, and GRI/CDP-compliant ESG Reporting for the Asia region.
Nelson Mak, Graduate Consultant
Nelson joined AtkinsRéalis just over a year ago via our graduate programme and is particularly well-versed in noise modelling. He holds a BSc in Environmental & Sustainable Development and an MSc in Geoinformation Science. He worked for Hong Kong’s Environmental Protection Department before joining us.
