SEE PhD student, Mr. Hongqing Luo, won the First Prize in 2023 Web 3.0 Innovation Hackathon and the Bronze Award in the 9th China International Internet College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Mr. Hongqing Luo, PhD student of Prof. Xuan Wang, has won the first prize in the 2023 Web 3.0 Innovation Hackathon, and the bronze award in the 9th China International Internet College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, both held in December 2023. Mr. Luo was awarded with a blockchain-based global sustainable commodity exchange of Vision Carbon, a startup incubated by CityU HK Tech 300.
This winning project took home previously the gold award in FinTech Olympiad Competition 2023, and widely reported by Ming Pao, Hong Kong Economic Journal, and HK01.
