Curriculum:

Curriculum (Cohort 2024 Onwards)

The programme emphasizes a balance of both technical and soft sciences. Students are required to complete 12 credit units of core courses (6 credit units of core courses of Programme Core Courses and 6 credit units of Stream Core Courses), and 18 credit units of elective courses.

Students can declare concentration for one of the streams: Energy Stream (ENE) and Environment Stream (ENV), or not to declare for any concentration.

Stream Declaration Arrangement

  • Students are flexible in choosing courses with or without the declaration of a stream:
Energy Stream (ENE) /Environment Stream (ENV) /Not to declare for any concentration
  • Full-time students will be required to submit stream declaration by the end of the first Semester (Semester A). Part-time students no later than the end of the second Semester (Semester B).
  • Change of stream declaration is allowed later on given that the students could fulfill the stream requirements upon graduation.
  • Summary of course requirements for obtaining the award of Master of Science in Energy and Environment with or without the declaration of a stream.
