Math Help Centre

The Math Help Centre provides help to undergraduate students with difficulty in studying particular courses offered by the Department of Mathematics. It will operate online from Week 2 to the end of the examination period in Semesters A and B.

Consultation Sessions:
Students are welcome to visit the Math Help Centre Canvas page and tutors will be available for consultation at the Math Help Centre (P5706, 5/F, Lift 1, YEUNG). Students are required to make an advance appointment via the online booking system in Canvas (see the instruction in Canvas) if they wish to make sure that the service is available for them. Walk-in without an appointment is also welcome.

Discussion Board:
Students can use the Canvas "Discussions" to share their questions. Our helpers will answer the questions or provide a video response to the request.

Video Tutorials:
Short video tutorials are provided in the Math Help Centre Canvas page for some mathematics topics, including some questions in the past papers of MA courses.
