City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) hosted the naming ceremony for the Benjamin & Anny Kwok Conference Room on 4 October, on the 4/F of the Yip Kit Chuen Building, in recognition of alumnus Mr Benjamin Kwok, Managing Director of Kwonnie Electrical Products Limited, and his family's steadfast support for the University.

The building is named after Dr Yip Kit-chuen, a prominent industrialist and entrepreneur in Hong Kong, in appreciation of his generous donations to the University’s development and research to nurture future talent.
City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) is pleased to announce the establishment of the JC STEM Lab of Innovative Thermo-Fluid Science (the Lab), supported by a generous donation of HK$10 million from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. The Lab, the first of its kind in Hong Kong, has great potential to enhance zero-carbon direct emissions nuclear energy research and fill the gap in local energy research.
