Entrance Requirements for Direct/Non-JUPAS Applicants
To be considered for admission, you must satisfy the General Entrance Requirements.
For senior-year (Advanced Standing II) admission, applicants are normally expected to have completed an Associate Degree/Higher Diploma with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of ≥3.0 or an equivalent overall mark, or a credit award.

The B.A. Programme in Digital Television and Broadcasting (BATVB) aims to train students to be professionals in the digital new media industry. It puts students at the forefront of new media technology and enables them to learn a broad range of digital media skills, concepts, content, forms, trends and terminologies. It develops and extends students’ creative potential and nurtures their entrepreneurial expertise in such a way that encourages them to explore, discover and present unique peculiarities of social realities. It prepares graduates to take up the creative media, innovative, technological and management roles in the ever-changing media sectors in Hong Kong and elsewhere.
This major trains students to be internationally oriented professionals with the knowledge and integrated skills to succeed in the media and communication sectors, particularly the rapidly expanding digital television and broadcasting industry, the advertising and marketing industry, the telecommunications industry and the content and creative sector of the IT industry. Graduates are well positioned to entering a wide range of careers in these industries.
