The CityUHK Chatbot was created to give CityUHK Staff and Students a secure and confidential generative AI environment.
Like all chatbots, the CityUHK Chatbot leverages off LLMs to perform various tasks, including answering questions, generating ideas, completing sentences, and engaging in conversations.

As of February 2025, The CityUHK Chatbot Service has access to GPT-4o and GPT-4o Mini and DeepSeek R1.
