Learning Approach An ELITE (Experimental Learning in Teamwork Environment) approach is used to facilitate learning partners to explore and innovate business solutions to solve real-life problems. Instead of using a static learning environment to gain business insights, LPs are exposed to real dynamic business environment to discover how their business knowledge should be adapted and how to innovate new practical solutions. LPs are given the opportunities to work as consultants to solve issues of selected corporations. To innovate new business solutions, LPs benchmark “best” practices from diversified industries globally. More importantly, LPs are required to work as a team to experience the group dynamics and different leadership styles while solving business issues. With the ELITE approach, learning occurs while LPs interactive with diversified talents in a dynamic environment. Consequently, LPs can discover and innovate business solutions to adapt to different industries and cultures. |
