Celebrating the Evolution of CityUHK and Sham Shui Po in the Journey to Innovate the Future
In celebration of CityUHK’s 30th Anniversary and the longstanding connection City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) has built with the Sham Shui Po community, CityUHK proudly hosted the "CityUHK@Sham Shui Po" exhibition at the Yeung Kin Man Academic Building on campus from 20 to 26 November 2024. The event successfully attracted nearly 13,000 guests visiting its various zones.

On 20 November, CityUHK held the opening ceremony for the “CityUHK@Sham Shui Po” Exhibition. Through a rich tapestry of themes—education, community, technology, arts and culture—the exhibition highlights the unique bonds that CityUHK shares with the Sham Shui Po District in which the University is located.

A total of 38 secondary school students joined the TryEngineering on Campus: Hong Kong 2024 at CityUHK from 9-10 August 2024 during which they attended workshop on AI concepts, participated in industry visit, project design and competition and had a taste of staying in the university hostel.
