The successful candidate will be responsible for sustainable development of the business of smart infrastructure, buildings. The responsibilities also include:
• Responsible for maintenance agreement renewal
• Prepare client quotations, manage client accounts, negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions
• Achieve pre-set individual and team financial and non-financial targets
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements to provide product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Coordinating sales project such as hosting technical presentations and demonstration
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• University graduate in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering/ IT or related disciplines
• Knowledge of fire service installation, building automation, ELV Installation, digital business is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strategic, self-initiative and result-driven
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
