Job Description
- Conduct site survey, prepare technical proposals, project cost estimation
- Coordinate with landlord and sub-contractor for construction work
- Responsible of project management to ensure cost within budget and meet the timeline.
- Site audit & acceptance and project cost vetting against requirements.
- Site files update and records
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Self-motivated, team work, willing to learn and can work independently
- Good knowledge of drawing applications
- Good inter-personal skills
