1. Ph.D. degree;
2. Major in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Polymer Materials;
3. Experience in the development of cathode and anode materials and electrolytes (experience in interface research is preferred), master the relevant knowledge of the correlation between cell performance and material chemical system, and have advanced characterization experience;
4. Have good communication skills and ability to work under pressure, participate in teamwork and cross-departmental cooperation efficiently, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
