Support implementation and customized enterprise service management solutions using Atlassian Jira software, with a focus on Jira Service Management
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into Jira Service Management configurations
Support development and customize approval workflows and lifecycle management processes on Jira Service Management
Integrate Jira Service Management with other tools and systems, such as CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and network device administration tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Create and maintain documentation related to Jira Service Management configurations and customizations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge in Atlassian Jira software is an advantage
Knowledge/Hands on experience in Jira Service Management
Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with network device administration and automation tools, such as Ansible
