① Master's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors;
② Master the principles and applications of various power devices (IPM modules, IGBT), and be familiar with power amplification circuits;
③ Familiar with the basic theories of motors and controllers, familiar with the basic topology structure of power electronics, basic knowledge of driving and cooling, and familiar with the application characteristics of power switch tubes in driving, protection, and control
④ Have experience in component selection and application, and have a certain understanding of EMC, safety regulations, processes, and reliability
⑤ Practical project experience and knowledge in one or more of the following fields will be given priority consideration: development experience in motion controllers and servo drives for precision equipment and humanoid robots;
