• Participate in experiments related to electrochemical deposition, etching, and surface treatment processes, supporting senior researchers in exploring new product ranges and building a comprehensive understanding of foundational principles.
• Assist senior researchers in extending technological advancements to different departments, aiding in the application of innovative processes across various areas.
• Actively engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless project execution. Demonstrate effective project management skills during project planning and execution.
• Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, fostering technological evolution, and supporting the implementation of transfer initiatives across all business units.
• Assist senior engineers in occasional travel expeditions, facilitating process development for new products, operational launches, and the implementation of process enhancement initiatives.
Applicants should have a strong interest and ability in the semiconductor industry, and experience in the material/chemical field is a big plus. While having working experience is preferred, we highly value strong creative thinkers
