- Participate in data center operations including monitor network, server, system backup, security check & fault handling
- Tape Management such as backup, tape rotation and off-site storage
- Execution of business processes (billing, management report, data retrieval, etc in accordance to procedures
- Maintain operational documents, update reports and daily data center routine checking
- Attend shift roster on 7 x 24 basis
- Higher Diploma holder or above in IT-related disciplines
'- With experience in Data Centre/ Network Operations Centre is an advantage
'- Knowledge and experience in Windows/UNIX/Linux operations environment is an advantage
'- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Technician
