1. Handle in-bound queries and provide one-stop solutions for users through calls, emails, whatsapp, walk-in
2. Deliver and arrange roadshow for agencies / Swiss Privilege / Brokers based on business needs to promote usages / new functions / benefits of various digital platforms
3. Assist in collecting user feedbacks on digital platforms all the time for continuous development / enhancement
4. Assist in preparing and reviewing training materials and coordinating the training with agency training department
5. Proactive in probing / observing end users behavior and identify user needs for transforming the digital platform to better shape
6. Assist in investigating the root causes of system incidents and communicating the progress with user.
7. Assist in preparing promotional / coaching materials through handy guides / video clips in order to create awareness promotions
8. Assist in performing ad-hoc assigned tasks, such as internal training, agency events
9. Willing to work on weekends on shift rotation basis
1. High diploma or above, with minimum of 1-2 years solid work experience in the area of digital engagement and support to distribution channel, preferably gained in the insurance sector
2. Experienced in working with insurance agents will be an advantage
3. Some technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
4. Strong relationship building, customer service and presentation skills, with a problem-solving & can-do attitude
5. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
6. Proactive and goal oriented, willingness to accept new challenge and tasks
7. Strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work
