Job Description

• Ramp-up (0-6 months) Expand your mindset and start your new career in consulting.
• Widen Your Horizon (6-12 months) Learn from expert-led talks and discover your future area of expertise. During this stage, you will learn and build your skills in line with our customized learning roadmap
• Find Your Focus (12-18 months) Discover what motivates you and make it your priority. During stage three of the program, you will learn about Accenture’s new capabilities, e.g. Applied Intelligence, Industry X, IoT, as well as gaining digital marketing and design experience
• Build Your Proficiency (18-24 months) Embrace intelligent curiosity and strengthen your expertise. Continuous learning is part of the culture at Accenture. You will also have chance to attend an overseas consulting course, to learn while building relationships and developing an industry-wide network of contacts.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or above degree with an expected graduation date in 2026
• Major in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or System backgrounds will be an advantage
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Dynamic and adaptive to the global collaborative project team environment
