New launch of Co-curricular Transcript
What is the Co-curricular Transcript?
Co-curricular Transcript is a non-academic e-Certificate that records the non-credit-bearing activities/achievements of the students, like community services, summer internships, etc. It is only available for students in the 2019 cohort or after. It will be issued per bachelor's degree student and finalized after graduation. It demonstrates non-academic knowledge/ skills acquired by the students in 9 categories as follows:

  • Scholarships and Awards;
  • Internship;
  • Non-local Experiences;
  • Student Leadership;
  • Competitions;
  • Career Development;
  • Community Services/ Service-Learning Engagement;
  • Cultural Activities;
  • Sports.

How can I report my achievement of a non-CRESDA activity?

You should self-report your achievements (non-CRESDA activities) in the CRESDA. Your home department will vet your application, and then endorse it by the Head of your department. Normally, it takes approximately one month to process an application.


How can I enable my employers, employment agencies, and educational institutions to view my Co-curricular Transcripts?

Graduate students can create a new access path that enables their employers, employment agencies, and educational institutions to view their Co-curricular Transcripts on the e-Certification for Graduates platform.
