Terms of Reference
  1. To advise the Associate Provost (Student Life) on the matters relating to the formulation and review of policies related to student residence, student welfare, student finance and the provision of communal or other facilities for students.
  2. To consider and make recommendations for policies and directions related to student support, student development and student affairs.

  • Eight student representatives :
  • • Two undergraduate students (non-residents) and one postgraduate student (non-resident) appointed by the Chair of SAC from the pool nominated annually by each of the Colleges and Schools
  • • Three undergraduate or postgraduate students (non-residents) appointed by the Chair of SAC from the pool nominated annually by each of the Colleges and Schools
  • • Two undergraduate students (current residents) nominated by the Student Residence Office
Secretary
  • Staff member from the Office of the Provost and Deputy President, Student Development Service or Student Residence Office
    (alternate on yearly basis)
