Workshop for Postgraduate Students
Each year, two different workshop series are offered exclusively for postgraduate students: “Mind Your Mental Wealth” and “Mind Your Mental Health”
- The “Mind Your Mental Wealth” Series is designed to assist Postgraduate Degree students in developing skills to handle the challenges of their studies. These challenges encompass increased study load and difficulty, transitioning back to university life after working, balancing employment with academic demands, studying abroad, being away from home, and adjusting to a new environment.

· Building Mental Resilience
· Boosting Productivity
· Befriending your Character Strengths
· Cultivating the Poser of Self- Compassion
· Unleashing Your Inner Confidence

- The “Mind Your Mental Health” Series equips postgraduate students with strategies to maintain their psychological well-being, enabling them to tackle academic challenges at CityUHK, and navigate the complexities in their personal lives and future careers.
