A service-learning series with an international focus, Service Outreach Experience Programme (SOEP) expands CityUHK students’ horizon by organising service tours overseas and providing support for self-initiated voluntary workcamps abroad, encouraging positive thinking, self-empowerment, and paradigm shift amongst participants.
