Application Procedures Of Locker Rental Service

Important Note on Payment
Upon successful application, an annual rental fee of HK$50 will be reflected in student's statement of account, or monthly tuition/ continuation fee payment via autopay. Students are required to settle the amount in order to secure the rent. The rental fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to early termination of rental due to graduation, withdrawal from or termination of studies, and/ or any other cause prior to the end of the rental period.
Confirmation of Locker Rental Service
Successful applicants are required to secure the assigned lockers with their own padlock on or before 30 September 2024 to confirm their usage. Students who fail to meet these requirements would be considered to have forfeited their application for locker rental service. All lockers without a padlock after 30 September 2024 will be released and reallocated to the applicants on the waiting list. Please note that no further allocation will be made for those who have forfeited their application.

- Student with disabilities and special needs can approach SDS counter at 6/F, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Complex or email solocker@cityu.edu.hk for further arrangements regarding the use of lockers.
- Before proceeding with online registration, please carefully read the Locker Regulations. By applying for the locker rental service, students are granting their consent, agreement, and compliance with the notes and regulations above.
