Prof Dirk Pfeiffer was delighted to be able to give the keynote presentation entitled “Enhancing Global Preparedness: Reforming the Future Workforce and Utilizing Technological Tools in Managing Pathogen Transmission” at the international conference “One Health in Action” organised by the Southeast Asia One Health University Network (SEAOHUN) in collaboration with the International Society for Animal Hygiene (ISAH) and held in Chiang Mai, Thailand from 18 - 19 September 2024. The conference involved colleagues working in One Health from around the region and beyond, from academia, government and industry, representing national and international organisations. It provided an opportunity for intensive and inspiring exchanges on a wide range of animal, human and environmental health challenges.
