City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Professor Li Hin Wa. We have extended our heartfelt condolences to his family and will provide all appropriate and feasible assistance.

The University cannot and will not verify the authenticity of online rumours. We urge all sectors of society to give Professor Li's family the space to handle matters and not to easily believe online rumours.
