CityUHK Table Tennis Teams achieve momentous victory at USFHK Championship

City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) is thrilled to announce the momentous achievement of its Women’s and Men’s table tennis teams, both of which emerged victorious at the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (USFHK) Table Tennis Championship. The last time both teams won the championship together in the same year, after a 14-year gap, was in the 2010-2011 season.

Their triumph is a testament to the athletes' hard work and perseverance, and the spirit of unity that defines CityUHK, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication.

Professor Toh Kian Lam, Director of the Student Development Services, who was there to support the athletes on 23 February, expressed his admiration for the teams, stating, "This victory is a testament to the hard work, resilience and unwavering commitment of our athletes. They have set a new standard of excellence for CityUHK, and we couldn't be prouder."
