Airgie – Next Generation Air Monitoring

We monitor air quality with technology. The range and distance of air quality monitoring sensors are limited today. The numerical data produced is typically inaccurately and hard to understand. To address this issue, we propose an innovative and intelligent air monitoring system coupled with GIS. We will install a LoRa IoT gas sensor network to improve gas detecting accuracy. We will collect real-time air quality data across an area using Computational Fluid Dynamics Analysis (CFDA). To simplify air quality data, we will use geo-heatmaps and human-centred representation. Our monitoring system will work with other IoT technologies to optimise and anticipate air quality.
