Mr Edmund Chan is the co-founder of Meat the Next, a Super Food Technology Impact Venture inventing TIGA MILK to fight for climate change from diet change. He has graduated from CUHK Executive MBA with 15 years of food industry experience.
Mr Chan has been awarded more than 25 recognitions on young entrepreneurship & ESG, e.g. Hong Kong 10 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Selection and SDG Hub Climate Action Recognition Scheme (CARS). He is passionate about empowering young people through the start-up venture sharing in various occasions and STEM classes. His venture also helps for sustainability, preventing desertification, poverty alleviation in China via new quality productive forces driven by technologies.
