• Defining Client Needs: identify and articulate business requirements so that we and the client understand and agree on what needs to change to take advantage of the opportunities
• Driving Insights: drive insights to enhance customer experience, creating high-level and detailed requirements and specifications, determining the most practical way to drive lasting results for our clients
• Designing and verifying the solutions: solve and analyze complex technology challenges so we can design the best practice technology solutions for our clients, verifying the system made by the engineers to meet the request throughout the project life cycle.
• Managing Clients & Projects: work and communicate with business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure a common understanding of the requirements and the impact on the business area
• Bachelor or above degree with an expected graduation date in 2025
• Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or System, Business, Science, Mathematics, and Engineering backgrounds will be an advantage
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Tech-savvy – interested in the latest technology
• Effective communication - listens to & accurately captures others’ ideas, feedback & concerns; articulates ideas in a clear & engaging manner
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• High learning agility – assimilates information & learns new techniques & methodologies quickly; enjoys learning.
• Outcome-focused – seeks to understand the broader team priorities/goal & aligns own work to them
• Flexible and adaptable – flexible to work on different projects/locations and accommodate clients with travel requirements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & resilient when facing change & uncertainty
• Collaborative - work cooperatively with different people to help a team or work group achieve its goals.
