Job Description

To execute and deploy new business concepts for Schindler Ahead and Digital Media Product and access product to increase market penetration of Schindler new products and technologies.
Handle existing clients and develop new prospects for Schindler Ahead, digital products, maintenance and repair works.
Strong desire to build extensive client network, generate sales and maintain good customer relationships.
Provide sales and sales engineering training to the team.
Provide pretender and offer supports on all new technology solutions and Schindler Ahead related solutions.
Work with development teams to develop sales/marketing tools, materials of PORT Technology, new in-house developed product and implement to JSG sales force.
Support selected marketing activities for IOEE – events, trade shows, advertisements etc.
Understand the customer's needs and give professional technical advice to the customers.
Handle customer and internal staff (Operation Manager & engineers) enquiries related to Schindler Ahead, fixed and repair issues whenever necessary.
Regularly conduct customer visits

Job Requirement

Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering disciplines
Good understanding of Elevator & Escalator markets in terms of market trends, competitor set-ups and pricing
Excellent with market figures with ability to utilize data/information to support market and business strategy.
Good customer-orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills in English & Chinese
Attention to details & able to work independently.
MS Office knowledge is a must.
