-Assist the implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, ESG, safety management systems and make improvements continuously
-Conduct internal audits, data collection and analysis to assure compliance of the QMS
-Assist in Third party audits, prepare SOPs, and maintain documentation system
-Development and Maintenance of Quality culture within the team
-Assist to execute day to day quality assurance activities
-Participate in department improvement projects
-Ad hoc task as assigned
-Higher Diploma or above in Quality Management, operation management or related disciplines
-1 year or above working experiences in Quality Management scope
-Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, ESG management systems is preferable
-Independent, self-motivated and good team player
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Chinese typing
-Good command of communication and presentation skills.
-Fresh graduates / candidates with less working experience would also be considered as Assistant Quality Officer
-5 days work per week
