• Develop new/modify existing excel template to speed up the reporting progress.
• Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on desktop hardware, peripherals and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Maintain office IT equipment such as printers, projectors, monitors etc.
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT related industry.
• Hands on experience on supporting Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Basic PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in IT networking would be a bonus.
• Hardworking well organized and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good communication skills both written and oral in Chinese and English.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
