Liaise and contact relevant parties to set up internal/external meetings;
Assist with proofreading and artwork for print and digital marketing contents;
Provide event support including producing name badges, tent cards, event materials, registration lists, and post-event evaluation feedback and reports;
Assist in translation task, e.g. survey, invitation, report;
Handle transcription of audio/ video recordings;
Conduct market research
Assist in other marketing projects and ad hoc assignments.
Quick learner and detail-oriented;
A team-player with the ability of working independently;
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint;
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
