Job Description

The intern will support the team in the following areas:

Work with course managers or QPI team members to prepare target participant list, monitor enrolment and attendance for creating an effective learning environment.
Maintain and keep up-to-date of the programme and course details on a regular or as needed basis
Prepare management reports, analyses and slides as required
Update and check completeness and accuracy of reporting
Maintain and update curriculum related resources and databases

Job Requirement

Skill requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Strong analytical and organizing skills
A flexible team player who is able to handle multitask with accuracy
Good at communications
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Language requirement:

English (Reading/Writing): Full professional Proficiency
Mandarin Chinese (Reading/Writing): Native Proficiency
Both Mandarin Chinese and English are used for oral communications within the Firm. English is used for most written communications.
