As an HR intern working in the Experienced Hire team, you will be supporting the team members on day-to-day recruitment processes, include but not limited to handle hiring support, job promotion and pre-onboarding logistics.
The major responsibilities include:
Assist in job posting & promotion (e.g. via LinkedIn) and CV collection
Provide support for interview arrangement and relevant logistics
Assist in new joiners pre-onboarding logistics (e.g. documents collection)
Consolidate and maintain data and information
Assist in hiring status report update
Provide assistance to/ participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments
Undergraduates in any discipline
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Confident, outgoing and good attention to detail
Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
Immediately available is highly preferable
