As an HR intern working in the Campus Recruitment team, you will be supporting the team members on day-to-day recruitment processes for Internship and Graduation Programme, include but not limited to handle hiring, pre-onboarding logistics and events preparation.
The major responsibilities include:
Assist with interview arrangement and relevant logistics (e.g. room set up, candidate’s information consolidation, material preparation, registration)
Assist with interns/graduates pre-onboarding logistics
Assist with events preparation (e.g. material preparation, venue set up and courier arrangement, etc.)
Maintain and consolidate recruitment data and candidate’s information
Provide assistance to/ participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments
Undergraduates in any discipline
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Relevant work or event management experience preferred but not a must
Confident, outgoing and good attention to detail
Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
