The intern will work in the Government Affairs team which drives various firmwide programs/initiatives in the government sector, focusing primarily on the Greater Bay Area. He or she will assist Manager and Director to
Prepare PowerPoint slides for management report and various firmwide strategic initiatives;
Research specified topics and summarise findings;
Gather and track project materials and items, update project plan and tracker;
Compile and prepare monthly report on projects pipelines and wins;
Assist in preparing and reconciling revenue reports;
Prepare internal communication and external marketing materials
Coordinate with staffs from different teams and department for operational and logistics matters.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)

Detail oriented with strong business sense, able to process vast amount of data, filter and summarise relevant information in a clear and concise way
Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Interested in government sector (in particular on Greater Bay Area), regional development trends and public policies
