Job Description

We are looking for intern to join our practice to help deliver projects for public sector as well as non-governmental organisations (NGOs) focusing primarily on welfare-based engagements. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to be involved in project(s) covering areas such as public policy and strategy, market/sector review, impact evaluation, performance and process improvement, amongst others.

As an intern, you will assist in business development and will work closely with other team members on assignment at different stages of project execution. Depending on the nature of the project, you will be required to conduct research and analysis, attend meetings, participate in visits or stakeholder engagement and contribute to quality deliverables for the client. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in management consulting and be increasingly prepared for working in a dynamic working environment. 

Job Requirement

Strong consulting/advisory mindset with analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to learn, good team player and ability to work under pressure
Passion for public policy, urban development and social development in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are highly desirable
