HAECO Engineering Trainee Programme aims to develop young graduates with aviation passion, and with engineering backgrounds, to become aircraft maintenance professionals through a well-established and structured training
programme.
Upon successful completion of the 4-Year programme, the trainees will continue their career in destined business oroperation units for further development to become professional engineers in engineering design and support, maintenance scheduling and production planning, or aviation material professionals. Engineering Trainees will gain valuable experience in various functions
- A recognised Degree in Engineering related discipline
- Fresh graduates or university graduated with less than 3 years’ work experience
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
