- 2 years of training program under The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) Accredited Scheme “A” Training
- Post Engineering Graduate Trainee assessment scheme after completing the 2 years training program to guide the development to obtain the professional status
- Responsible for technical job in buildings such as works related to Electrical & Mechanical systems in the properties
