- Develop software solution for process automation, network performance monitoring and surveillances
- Design and optimize Data Warehouse serving from telecommunication network management
- Perform data extraction and analysis on various kinds of telecommunication transaction logs and signaling
- Responsible for system implementation and rollout, system maintenance of hardware/software platforms, application codes, function upgrade
- Responsible for end user training & system support
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Engineering or equivalent
- Solid experience in computer programming and software application development is preferred
- Good knowledge on Linux & Microsoft Windows environment and solid programming skills in Visual Basic, PERL, EXPECT and Unix Shell , HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, PHP, Servlets
- Skills in SQL programming interfacing to Oracle database, Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, MySQL, MS Access; knowledge in EDI, XMLs, BI tools such as Business Objects, Cognos will be an advantage
- Responsible and good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
