- To support various Fintech initiatives to build and grow our virtual banking model, the role sits with the business and may need to work closely with our internal stakeholders, in-house technology partners and/or external vendors offering broad exposure and learning experience through project assignment.
- Assist in project development on new digital initiatives, including creation of new innovative product and service, data analytics, digital customer onboarding journey, mobile payments and any digital / Fintech related projects.
- Provide support on research for Fintech trends
- Develop customer experience diagram / wireframes / UI UX / prototypes for new initiatives
- Participate in end-to-end process of project development lifecycle and any internal or regulatory process using Agile methodology
- Education Background: PG or 3rd year UG student
- Discipline Preferred: Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Experience in Project Management, JIRA, UXUI, Design Thinking is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Good command of written Chinese; spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Team player with good understanding of Agile methodology
- Strong interest in latest Banking or Financial Technology
