1. Assist BIM Team for BIM production.
2. Conduct 3D modeling, coordination and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation.
3. Assist in internal BIM implementation for construction building projects.
4. Maintain BIM standard quality and object families library.
5. Co-develop BIM workflow with project team, R&D.
6. Prepare training course materials, videos and user manual.
7. Develop best practices and standards to facilitate integrated project delivery on BIM Process.
1. Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related subjects.
2. Fresh graduate with less than 1 year working experience.
3. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
4. Proactive, outgoing and initiative.
5. Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.
7. Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks or Solidworks will be an advantage.
8. Work Visa/ IANG holders are welcomed.
