User Guide on Setting Up SMS as an MFA method

  1. Open https://auth.cityu.edu.hk and login
  2. Open the "My CityUHK Profile" app.

  3. Open "Set up MFA"

    4. Set_up_MFA

     

  4. Click "Set up" button next to "SMS Authentication".

  5. Click "Setup"

  6. Choose the country and fill in the phone number, and then click "Send Code"

  7. Enter the code received from SMS and click "Verify".

  8. The setup is done. You will see "Enabled" next to the SMS Authentication.
