The CityU Microsoft 365 (M365), powered by Microsoft 365 for Education using Microsoft Cloud-based service, is more than an E-mail system. It is an enhanced, integrated and unified messaging system providing E-mail, Calendar, Scheduling, Contacts (Address Books), Tasks, Notes, etc. on an integrated and unified platform. All those data and services can easily be accessed anywhere through the web with Outlook Web Access (OWA), or using popular E-mail software, especially Microsoft Office Outlook, or popular Mobile devices.

The M365 Outlook Web App (OWA) function provides a rich Outlook-like web interface for users to access their M365 accounts from any Internet connected computer with most popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox, under a secure (SSL encrypted) connection. Features available in Outlook Web App includes:
Microsoft ActiveSync technology enables mobile device users to access/synchronize their E-mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks stored in their M365 mailboxes, and to continue to be able to access this information while they are working offline or during a trip.
